Hi 👋 I'm a strategic design and delivery leader with 25+ years at the intersection of design, product strategy, technology and AI ✨ and 15+ years in initiative, ops and people leadership - helping organisations navigate complexity, scale with clarity and create human-centred experiences grounded in equity, inclusion and culturally safe practice.
My career spans fine art, interaction design, strategy and systems across Australia and seven years in the UK. I've led global product visions, platform integrations, AI learning curricula and enterprise capability uplift for organisations including Capgemini Invent, Pluralsight/A Cloud Guru, University of Melbourne, Envato and Publicis Sapient.
Recognised by Google Anita Borg, the Premier's Design Awards and Forrester. Keynote speaker at UX Copenhagen, Re:Ops and UX Australia. Teacher and mentor to emerging design and product leaders.
